The toon bands Cerakote pattern
Toon bands are the video-game 'toon shader' look: the part's lighting is posterized into two or three perfectly flat bands, each a real Cerakote color, with a thin outline in the darkest tone. No screens, no hatching — just clean, hard-edged tone shapes that follow the part's actual form.

How it sprays
Base coat in the lit tone, then mask and spray each darker band from the exported shapes, darkest last. Every band is a solid color, so it's the most spray-friendly of the comic styles.
Choosing colors
Pick one hue in three steps — a tan, a brown and a dark brown, or three greys — so the bands read as one lit surface. High-contrast picks read as camo instead.
