Pop art dots are the Lichtenstein / Ben-Day screen: a regular grid of ink dots across the whole part that swell in the shadows and vanish in the light, plus a bold outline and inked detail lines. Loud, graphic and instantly recognizable.

How it sprays
Base coat, then the dot screen — laser-cut from the exported separation, since the dot sizes carry the shading. Outline and highlights last.
Choosing colors
A bright saturated base with Graphite Black dots and a Bright White highlight is the poster look; a light base with a colored ink (red, blue) reads more 'comic strip'.
