Pattern guide
The buffalo plaid Cerakote pattern
Buffalo plaid brings flannel-shirt energy to a finish — hugely popular on hunting gear, hatchets, and gift builds. The overlapping bands create three tones from two colors.

How it sprays
Two taped band passes (vertical then horizontal) at reduced opacity over the base, plus optional thin accent lines. More masking than art.
Choosing colors
Crimson base with black bands is the lumberjack classic; OD green with black is the hunting variant.
