Sending a customer approval link
One link carries the mockups, the spec with factory codes, your price, and an Approve button that works on any phone — no customer account needed.

Export → "Quote, job card & approval…".

Fill the customer's name, email, and phone (email/phone enable one-tap sending).

Add pricing lines (qty × rate), any discount, tax, and the deposit % — totals compute live.

Click "Approval link". Then send it: "Email to customer" sends a branded email, "Text it" opens your messaging app pre-filled, or Copy and paste it anywhere.

You'll get an email the moment they approve or request changes.
