Paint on the shelf: inventory and reorder list
Every approved job names exact Cerakote codes, so the dashboard can tell you what to order. Dashboard → Paint on the shelf shows a reorder list, the colors each approved job needs, and what's on your shelf.

Open Dashboard and click the "Paint on the shelf" card (or a job's menu → "Paint for this job").

Under "On the shelf", search a color by code or name and add it. Enter the ounces you have (tester = 4, pint = 16, quart = 32, gallon = 128) and a low mark.

When a customer approves a job, its colors appear under "Paint by job". Anything you're out of or below the low mark lands in the "Reorder list" at the top.

Click "Order on cerakote.com" on any line — it opens that exact product on NIC's store with sizes and list prices. "Copy list" gives you the whole order as text.

After you spray, use the − button (4 oz per click) or type the new amount so the low-mark warning stays honest.
Team seats share one shelf — everyone sees the same stock and reorder list.
