Set up your business profile

Your shop name, logo, and contact line ride on every quote PDF, approval page, and invoice — set them once in Business settings.

   Go to Settings (top nav) → Shop profile.

   Enter your shop name and a contact line (phone · email · website — whatever customers should see).

   Upload a logo (PNG with transparency looks best on PDFs).

   Set your default deposit % and sales tax % — quotes prefill with both.

   Save. Every document you generate from now on is branded.
