Job stages & automatic customer updates
Move jobs through prep → in the booth → curing → ready for pickup from the dashboard. The three stages customers care about notify them automatically — the "any update?" calls stop.

On any job card, open the ⋯ menu and pick the stage.

Stages marked 📣 (booth, curing, ready) email the customer automatically — Shop plan also sends a text message.

"Ready for pickup" includes your shop contact info so they can arrange a time.

Mark done at pickup — a couple of days later the customer automatically gets a review request.
Notifications only go out when the job's approval link had a customer email or phone on it.
